Fulfilment may take 1-7 business days (excluding public holidays) ALL orders can be tracked once we’ve emailed you the tracking number. We do not take any responsibility for stollen parcels. You’ll need to file a police report with your local police station. we do not take responsibility for customers entering the wrong residential or commercial address, a partial address or incomplete address. If you do enter the incorrect address, please get in contact with us before your order has been sent. We can’t guarantee the address can be changed in time.
